NKF Golf Classic- September 15, 2008
The NKF Golf Classic will be held on Monday, September 15th at the prestigious Saratoga National Golf Club. This event is unique from other charity tournaments. We provide high quality golfer gifts and prizes, the chance to win $1 million, AND the chance to play at National finals at the famed Pebble Beach Golf Links. You do not have to be a competitive golfer. You can join us for a fun day of golf. Sponsorships and foursomes are still available. BRAND NEW EVENT - Chili Event – November 13, 2008
“Feeling HOT! HOT! HOT!” Calling all Chili Lovers. Calling all restaurants with a chili on their menus. We are looking for chili
vendors.
The National Kidney Foundation is proud to announce a brand new event to benefit two local charities. We are partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association to hold a Chili Challenge on Thursday, November 13th at Michael’s Banquet House in Latham.
We are looking for:
1. Corporate partners & sponsors
2. Print material underwriters
3. Donations for raffle items
4. Business to serve as ticket sales outlets in the community

Gala – May 21, 2009
The 2009 Gift of Life Celebration Gala will be held on May 21, 2009. The location of the event will be announced soon. We are looking for committee members to assist in recruiting sponsors, donor and attendees. So if you like to plan events….please consider donating your time to this committee that meets once a beginning in September.

We always welcome individuals, groups, and businesses to host events that benefit NKF. Are you holding a garage sale? Opening a new business? Getting married? Want to make a difference? Please include us in your event. We can supply you with materials such as posters, thank you card, and facts on kidney disease.
