The Northeastern New York Diabetes Educators [NENYDE] is seeking corporate support to act as partners in the PROMOTION OF DIABETES EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT through sponsorship of our web site. Our site is viewed by our patients and other health care professionals. The media company we work with has used our page as a model for presentations. Everyone knows someone with diabetes and when the NENYDE web site is presented the audience is eager to explore our informational links.

The annual sponsorship fee will be $250.00.

THE BENEFITS TO YOU

1. Your company will have an exclusive sponsership positon on the NENYDE web site.

2. The anniversary date of your sponsorship will be the date your sponsorship appears on the web site. We will notify your representative once the site is viable.

3. Our NENYDE members distribute web site material to physicians, patients, and the community. Our dedicated site enables the client direct access to product information and the activities related to the diabetes network and support systems in their communities. The site also assists our patients and health care professional easy access to links without time consuming searches for diabetes information.

4. The NENYDE web page has sites dedicated to our young patients with diabetes. We have very active support groups for this population coping with the daily stresses of living with their diabetes.

5. NENYDE has the right to refuse any sponsor that does not meet our web site’s content standards. We are prohibited from endorsing any specific product or service.
